I would never be able to continue doing this work if I didn’t have faith: faith in the human spirit and faith in the healing process. Losing someone, or something that you love can be devastating. Life changing events can define us either positively or negatively. My role is to support and guide you during this defining transitional time in your life.
Support can come in all different ways for you. You may benefit the most by individual sessions to allow you to get to the heart of the internal turmoil you are feeling. We can work together to help you understand the process of grief, normalize the various reactions you may be experiencing and to learn what you are able to do to manage this change in your life. Oftentimes, it is important to speak of the questions you have in your heart. Learning to recognize what your tolerance level is can help you navigate through the grief day to day. Together, we can find ways that you can fortify yourself to have the energy to face the grief, the changes, the new roles brought on by this loss.
